Xénia is a transdisciplinary poet originally from the lobster capital of the world, Shediac. Based in Montreal, she works as an interdisciplinary poet, performer and content creator always carrying her Acadian dialect, Chiac, as a beacon. Through her work, Xénia explores the transitory relationships that exist between her body, memories, and the different perceptions of "home". Often expressed through archaic, luminous, and fun performances, she is known to blur the line between comedy and poetry. Xénia released her first poetry collection Des fleurs comme moi, published by Prise de Parole (2023), is currently working on her next book, and is working on her one woman show Juste vide ton coeur, as artist associate at l’Usine C.
